What’s included in our session?

You’ll get a customized online gallery with all of your downloadable, high resolution, edited photos from our session. You can order prints straight from there. You can also share the images straight to social media.

What should I expect from our shoot?

My style is pretty laid back. I want to chat, laugh, and of course take some photos! For that reason, I like to keep the posing to a minimum. I’ll give you a general idea of where to stand, what to do with your hands, and how I’d like the shot to look, but you know better than anyone how to look like you

What should we wear?

The focus is on you and your people, not your clothing! I like to suggest neutral colors (creams, whites, gray, blues). Everyone in the photo should wear colors that go together without being identical, and even a fun accent pattern or color! Pinterest is probably my favorite place to go for inspiration.

Where will we have our session at?

That is up to you! Somewhere outside with fun scenery. A hiking trail, a park, maybe somewhere that is special to you and your family. If you don’t already have a place in mind, I have a few favorite locations (and even some new ones) that I am always happy to offer up as ideas!

What time do we meet?

We will meet for our session about an hour or so before the sun sets. This will obviously change depending on the time of year. This will give us the prettiest lighting our desert has to offer.

How do we book you?

When you’ve decided that we’re a good fit, I ask for a signed contract and 30% of the session fee as a retainer to reserve the date. The balance is due the week of the session.

I don’t like getting my picture taken. Help!

You’re not alone, but there are a few things that can make the process a little easier. Most importantly, just relax! I promise it won’t be as scary as you think. Secondly, wear something that makes you feel awesome, and the pictures will show it. Lastly, do not worry. If something looks awkward, I will tell you, we will fix it, we will laugh and then we’ll move on. I got your back, yo.
