How did Rock You Entertainment get started?
It started before I knew it! I was working with a sister company of mine, Activsound Entertainment (Shout out to Randy Vela!) Doing clubs and hosting karaoke. Loved interacting with people so I started doing weddings. Got accustomed to doing them on my own and once I got a few under my belt, I formed an LLC!
What is included when a client books your service?
My most popular selection comes with the ceremony, reception, and a premier sound lighting package.
How do you help clients customize their service?
They can pick and choose anything they want me to be a part of. We have a DJ request website, that is tailor made for the bride and groom’s guests. Equipped with tidbits about the couple, and they can search any song, any artist, and it comes directly, live to the DJ booth while I’m on the decks! I’m always up for people coming up to me as well. I don’t bite!
What’s one interesting fact about Rock You Entertainment?
When you book us, we don’t have an hour limit. We have no where to be but at your wedding on your day. Book us for 4 hours or 14 hours. You won’t pay extra. Oh, and I’ll travel anywhere.
What do you have planned for the future?
Bring this same world class service to our own venue. Take what I’ve learned in the years of experience I’ve had in the wedding business and deliver a venue that will take couples’ breath away.
What makes Rock You Entertainment unique?
I’m a one man wrecking crew. I’m the same person from the day you meet me for the first time to the last song of the night. I’ll be out there dancing with your guests, teaching them the latest fads; I’ll basically be part of the family by the time the night is over.
What is your favorite part of being in the wedding industry?
Seeing the bride and groom smiling Midway through the night.
