You want to know something great about my field of work??
I get to know some really great families.
and even though I change my place of work, I get to keep in touch with them
This particular family holds a special place in my heart.
Emma was one of my very first students.
Ever.
Ever ever.
ย (in case you don’t know who Emma is, she is the one with the sweet pink glasses and awesome orange hearing aid. It definitely weirded her out that I was taking pictures, haha)
It was her very first year of preschool.
And although she was quiet at school, rumor had it that she was the “wild child” at home.
I still remember sitting at my desk showing her momma, Lori, photos from her very first field trip and Lori tearing up at the fact that her baby was growing up.
Now she is in her third year of preschool and ruling the school!
And I am very aware that she is truly the wild child ๐
Over the past couple years, I have slowly gotten to know her family and they are some genuinely kind people.
I was so excited when they asked me to do some family photos.
I didn’t quite realize that I had signed up for 2 adults and 4 children under the age of 10 ๐
Josh, the most handsome assistant ever, tagged a long just in case we needed to get their attention
but they were AWESOME!
and when they weren’t paying attention, it was even cuter.

(also, side note. I figuredย out how to make two vertical pictures in one so I am celebrating by using it too much)
