I really enjoy what I do and one of the reasons is because I get to work in beautiful locations with amazing couples like Alex and Amanda. With enchanting invitations from Paper and Petals, the promise of a romantic event came to fruition in the Arizona desert.

All About Location

Alex and Amanda made the choice to tie the knot at the breathtaking Westin Kierland Resort and Spa. With the Sonoran Desert as the backdrop, this venue is an excellent choice for an elegant wedding. 

With wedding planning from The One Occasion, Alex and Amanda succeeded in having a memorable ceremony that was meaningful and also a blast to shoot. 

Bride & Bridesmaids

Amanda made a stunningly beautiful bride. Hair and makeup for her and her bridesmaids was provided by the incomparable Chanel Molleo Beauty. Amanda’s hair was in a half-updo and her makeup was light and dewy. She captured the classic beauty feel seemingly effortlessly. The flattering bridesmaid dresses were a perfect pastel pink.

Groom & Groomsmen

Alex was the perfect complement to his bride in a classic tuxedo. He and his groomsmen made for a handsome bunch in their bow ties and patent leather shoes. 

The Flowers

The simple, yet sophisticated, floral design was provided by Lux Florist. With a color palette of whites and greens, the flowers were eye-catching without overpowering the rest of the details.

The Ceremony

Alex and Amanda had a wonderful ceremony. As they were pronounced husband and wife, a new chapter in their lives began and the best way to celebrate was with a fun and fabulous reception.

The Reception

The 3-tiered wedding cake flowed perfectly with the look of the wedding flowers and decor. The cake was baked by Piece of Cake Desserts. It was almost too pretty to eat but fortunately, it was as tasty as it was beautiful. 

Other rentals such as the furniture, linens, and other decor were provided by The Event Co., Prim Rentals, and Bright Event Rentals. Each piece worked together to create a seamless look. 

Toasts were made, dances were danced, and a fun time was definitely had by all. I am so grateful that I was allowed the privilege of capturing this magical wedding.
