This is Naomi and Nora. I took photos of Naomi when she was just a few days old, and lets just say Im so thankful they have asked me to do photos again for them (eek! total sidenote-I should do some before and afters from when I first started!). These sweet sisters belong to Lani and Steve. Lani and I use to teach together and Steve is one of Melissa Ivy Photography’s unsung heroes. He has spent countless hours helping me figure out website stuff, everything that involves hosting and name servers and wordpress and pointing and thats about as far as my knowledge goes. It’s essentially a nightmare and Steve makes it so much less miserable. Lani took me out to dinner after our session, we have been friends for six years and had never gone out just the two of us?! That was a kind of insane realization. But it was so fun and refreshing to just sit and chat! Thank you, Lani!
They have ginormous hearts and their daughters are surely following in their footsteps. They are so kind and gentle with each other but equally silly and adorable! And that red hair is just to die for! There was a lot of exploring, giggling, and even some dancing. I think these little ladies were the perfect way for me to wrap up a great season of sessions!
